How do I use wax melts?

Simply place one or two wax melts into the dish of your wax warmer, turn on the warmer, and enjoy the fragrance as the wax melts. Once the scent fades, allow the wax to cool and harden before removing it and replacing it with fresh melts.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly materials in our products. Our candles are made with soy wax, which is a renewable and sustainable resource, and our eco resin products are crafted with environmentally conscious methods.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

What should I do if product arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with all the details. Please make sure you take a photo of the product and the package for further communication. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.

How should I care for eco resin products?

Eco resin products should be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or exposing them to prolonged heat or sunlight. For more details, visit our Care Guide

Are your candles safe to burn?

Yes, our candles are made with safety in mind. Always follow proper candle-burning practices, such as trimming the wick, burning on a heat-resistant surface, and never leaving a candle unattended.

What if I experience tunneling with my candle?

Tunneling occurs when the candle burns down the middle, leaving unmelted wax around the edges. To avoid this, make sure to allow your candle to burn long enough for the entire surface to melt on the first burn. If tunneling does occur, you can try wrapping aluminum foil around the edges of the candle and allowing it to burn for an extended period.

Can I use eco resin trays and holders with candles?

Yes! However, we recommend using a heat-resistant barrier or mat between the candle and the resin surface to protect the resin from direct heat.
